1. Return Eligibility
   We accept returns only if:
   The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered
   Return request is raised within 3 days of delivery
   Product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags
2. Non-Returnable Items
   Customized or altered products
   Items purchased during clearance or sale (if applicable)
   Used, washed, or damaged by the customer
3. Return Process
   To request a return:
   Contact us via WhatsApp/Email within 3 days
   Share order details and product images
   Our team will verify and arrange pickup (if applicable)
4. Refund Policy
   Refund will be processed after product inspection
   Amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days
   In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be made via bank transfer or UPI
5. Exchange Policy
   We offer size exchange (subject to availability).
